1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BSH Business Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BSH Business Suite is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing POS, CRM, HRM, and Accounting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use BSH to: violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, spam users, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown in USD. Refunds are at our discretion and handled case-by-case. Trial periods are provided as described on the pricing page.
6. Data Ownership
You own your business data. We do not claim rights to your content. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
BSH is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
9. Changes to Terms
We will notify account owners of material changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
