We also collect usage data automatically — including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage — to improve the platform.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the BSH platform
  • Send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, password resets)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers you or we control. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sensitive settings (SMTP credentials) are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

Isolated-tenancy businesses have their own database credentials — your data is never mixed with other tenants.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the service. We share data with law enforcement only when legally required.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Businesses may export their data via the admin panel.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and localStorage for theme preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
